Key Principle & Guideline: •Internships are paid opportunities for excellent students to get a unique MSN China experience. •A major goal is for MSN China/MSN R&D to build strong relationships with the Interns and the academic community. •Define clear, interesting and challenging projects for Interns, and try to incorporate Interns into MSN R&D team. •Interns work at MSN China on a “work-for hire” basis, and MSN China should own all of the resulting intellectual property. •Intern are supposed to secure time to fulfill the task in projects.
Role: •This position is based in BJ, China. •We are looking for interns to work on MSN product development in conjunction with our FTE. •This role will focus on all MSN related field such as MSN Messenger, cn.msn.com portal, MSN Mobile, Windows Live SDK and so on.
Responsibilities: •Secure to work on-site for at least 3 months, more than 3 days/week. •Demonstrate proper ability of yours, potential and initiative as well. •Actively participate in the projects (include feature coding and test ) like full time employee and reach the goal.
Education and Qualifications: •Undergraduate grade 3 or 4 in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline required. •Pre-Master students grad 1 or 2 in Computer Science/Engineer or related discipline required.
Experience Level: •Experience in minimum 2 projects (commercial product or research project) •Use MSN/Windows Live products for more than 3 years.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: •Strong interesting and passion in software development •Quick learning skill and strong problem-solving skill •Have the strong sense of communication and teamwork spirit •Experience in development web/desktop application using .NET/C++.
